Job Description:
Deere is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in managing client accounts. As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and goals - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing client accounts - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner - Provide regular reports on client account performance and KPIs - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Persuasion and planning skills - Hardworking and self-motivated - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
