Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or feedback to improve overall client experience. - Prepare regular reports on client account status and performance metrics. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude. - Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
