Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Sealed Air in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues that may arise, and proactively seeking opportunities to grow our business with them.

Responsibilities: - Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs - Monitor client satisfaction through feedback and surveys - Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure their needs are being met - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients - Meet and exceed client retention and revenue targets

Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in client relations or account management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Driven and confident personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and adaptability - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
