Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description: J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a skilled Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and reliable, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of remote clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and upselling products or services - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Monitoring client satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to improve customer experience - Developing creative solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations - Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability - Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on client account status

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to work remotely and travel occasionally for client meetings
