Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maximizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. - Understand clients' needs and requirements, and work closely with internal teams to meet those needs. - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively from a remote location. - Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
