Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


ConocoPhillips is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a high level of communication skills and cooperation to successfully manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and support - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and ahead of the competition


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Comfortable working remotely and managing client relationships virtually - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
