Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to work remotely from Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Understand client needs and requirements to provide exceptional service and support - Communicate with clients proactively to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates - Develop strategies to improve client engagement and loyalty - Provide regular reports and updates on client relationships to management

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions - Creativity in problem-solving and client engagement - Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse groups of people - Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus
