Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Client Relations Officer to join our team at Alcoa in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver results - Strategically plan and execute initiatives to enhance client relations and drive business growth - Track and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Provide training and support to junior Client Relations Officers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
