Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Officer to join our team at Dubai Festival City. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and customize our services to meet their requirements. - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and build long-lasting relationships. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions. - Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client relationships. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Innovative thinking and a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
