Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests - Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Confident and able to interact with clients at all levels - Strong teamwork skills and emotional intelligence - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
