Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and possess strong negotiation and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have - Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or sales - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets
