Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and professional development within the company. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels including email, phone calls, and online chat - Assist clients with booking and changing travel arrangements - Provide information on JetBlue Airways services, policies, and procedures - Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize decision-making skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Contribute to a positive and vibrant work environment by fostering teamwork and cooperation - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
