Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

McKesson, a global leader in healthcare solutions, is seeking a Client Relations Officer to work remotely from Abu Dhabi. This part-time Associate level position requires at least 2 years of experience in client relations and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing and nurturing client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins. 2. Identifying new business opportunities within existing clients and potential new clients. 3. Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on commitments. 5. Developing and executing strategic client account plans to drive growth and retention.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Emotional intelligence and creativity to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining high levels of productivity. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for tracking client interactions and progress. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
