Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is looking for a passionate and resourceful Client Relations Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide recommendations and solutions to clients to meet their insurance needs - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase client retention rates - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure clients are properly informed - Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
