Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Dubai Properties Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Relations Officer to join our team remotely. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal departments to provide clients with the necessary support and information - Research industry trends and client preferences to enhance services and offerings - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling challenging situations and diffusing conflicts effectively - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
