Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Entergy in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary duties will include addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, managing client accounts, and collaborating with other departments to provide solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Address client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person - Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any issues - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve client relations processes

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proven track record of working effectively in a team setting - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
