Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our team at DaVita HealthCare Partners in Dubai. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting loyalty to our company. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand the needs and preferences of clients to anticipate their requirements and recommend appropriate products or services - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to improve client retention and loyalty - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new opportunities for growth - Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role for at least 4 years - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits with a customer-focused approach - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
