Job Description:
The Dubai Metro is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This role requires a motivated and independent individual with strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
