Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team. As a part-time position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking for a flexible work schedule and are motivated and energetic. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client relations and possess creativity and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for client accounts - Provide product information and educate clients on insurance and reinsurance offerings - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling - Assist in resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and strategic planning capabilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
