Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Baxalta, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Client Relations Representative to work from home in Dubai, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be driven and adaptable, possessing strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide clients with information about products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and analytical abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
