Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Masco is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of adaptability and reliability, as well as strong analytical skills and time management abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on their accounts and products. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. 5. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained at all times. 6. Assist with client onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our services. 7. Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive relationship with clients and encourage repeat business.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 6. Strong analytical skills and time management abilities. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
