Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in client relations and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various remote channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferencing - Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver timely solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Meet and exceed performance targets to contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships - Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines and targets - Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret client data effectively - Innovative mindset to propose creative solutions to client challenges - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with team members as needed
