Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, partners, and colleagues. This part-time entry-level position offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about client relations and looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues - Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Provide support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about client relations - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
