Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

ABM Industries is looking for a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations. We are seeking an adaptable and confident individual with strong planning and cooperation skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests effectively - Communicate client feedback and issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist in creating and implementing client engagement strategies to drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Support sales and marketing initiatives by contributing to client communications and outreach efforts

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Adaptable and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and cooperation skills to effectively manage client relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
