Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Dover is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. - Manage client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to clients. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Requirements: - Independent and confident individual who can work effectively both independently and in a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
