Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client relations, the ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong soft skills such as adaptability and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on commitments - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and grow accounts - Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client relations activities and outcomes - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a remote or virtual environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the media industry is a plus
