Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Dubai. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to client problems - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to continuously improve our services - Provide recommendations to management on how to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure - Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members - Resilient and resourceful personality traits to navigate challenging situations - Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus, but not required
