Remote Client Relations Specialist

Assurant is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, passionate, and possess strong research and problem-solving skills.

As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service - Assist in developing client retention strategies - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Confident and passionate about customer service - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
