Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Office Depot in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs - Process client orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Creativity and adaptability to problem-solving - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
