Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass packaging, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work from home in Dubai, UAE. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives - Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successful client management - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
