Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As an Associate Level specialist, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, and possess strong research and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
