Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Futtaim Group is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to work from home in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and possess a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with client accounts and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client activities and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Update client records and maintain accurate account information in the company database - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement to enhance the client experience - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve performance

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
