Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from home in Abu Dhabi. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual with exceptional people management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to effectively address client needs and resolve any issues - Track client communication and follow-up to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly - Provide product and service information to clients to facilitate informed decision-making - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
