Responsibilities: - Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues - Provide support to the Client Service Manager in various administrative tasks - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes - Assist in organizing and conducting client events, meetings, and presentations - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing excellent client service - Excellent people management and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively
