Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management and presentation skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate client meetings and appointments - Manage client databases and files - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction - Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
