Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Airgas is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication - Assist the sales team with creating proposals, contracts, and other client documentation - Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the sales team - Maintain an organized client database and update relevant information as needed - Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes - Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive relationship with clients at all times

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
