Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Masco is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may have. 3. Processing orders and coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure timely delivery. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for management. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to provide support during client meetings and presentations. 7. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. 8. Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 6. Innovation and analytical thinking skills.
