Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Dubai Media City is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals looking to kickstart their career in client servicing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and relationships - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Actively participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions - Contribute ideas for client outreach and engagement strategies - Assist in the organization of events and client meetings - Stay up to date with industry trends and client preferences

Requirements: - Strong work ethic and passion for client servicing - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships - Good communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
