Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client issues. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent JetBlue Airways in a positive manner at all times. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
