Client Service Associate

Whole Foods Market in Abu Dhabi is seeking a confident and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Client Service Associate. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone - Assist clients with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate client records and information in our database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience - Communicate with clients to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - Must have a confident and passionate personality - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
