Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and other service-related tasks - Educate clients on their insurance options and help them make informed decisions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products - Conduct presentations to clients and prospects to promote our services - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and hardworking attitude - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
