Client Service Associate - Work from home

MGM Resorts International is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Utilize strategic planning skills to proactively address client needs and promote customer satisfaction - Manage time effectively to balance multiple client requests and priorities - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client service or customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Reliable and driven attitude towards achieving client satisfaction - Knowledge of strategic planning principles and effective time management techniques
