Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at NetApp in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Ensure timely delivery of services to meet client expectations - Work with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of projects - Manage a team of client service representatives - Monitor client feedback and implement changes as necessary - Identify new business opportunities and work to expand client base

Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in client service management - Reliable and hardworking individual - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
