Client Service Manager

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our client base - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly - Analyze client data and market trends to identify areas for improvement - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service - Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend new services or products to meet client needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client service or account management role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to achieve targets and exceed client expectations - Proven experience in delivering presentations and conducting analysis - Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative work environment
