Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


National Oilwell Varco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs - Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase client retention - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance metrics and address any issues that arise - Prepare and present reports on client performance and trends to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth - Lead a team of client service representatives and provide mentorship and support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management or related field - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Strong strategic planning abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
