Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and increase customer retention. - Monitor key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and project updates to senior management. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively influence client decision-making. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
