Job Description:
Centene is looking for a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing client retention and growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives and challenges. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. 6. Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations. 8. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Experience in people management and customer relationship management. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
