Job Description:
As a Remote Client Service Manager at Ecolab, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to meet those needs.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and technical support to deliver high-quality service to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and key metrics - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Ecolab products and services to existing clients - Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client service or account management - Resilient and driven personality traits to navigate challenges and drive results - Strong decision-making and cooperation skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic remote work environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
