Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are met. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential business opportunities with existing clients. 6. Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience. 7. Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and performance metrics to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote work setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience working with international clients is a plus.
