Job Description:
Seaboard is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client services, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to meet client expectations - Analyze client feedback and use it to improve processes and procedures - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive retention and loyalty
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client services or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients of all levels - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and managing virtual client relationships
